VALLEY FIRE BOARD
Our new rescue vehicle, a 2007 Braun Super Chief, has been ordered and is expected to be delivered within six months. The squad cost $176,460.50 and is funded through the capital improvement levy.
The new flag pole is now in place. Chief Riedel continues to research back-up generators and the tornado siren. Thanks to Northfield Center Township for the donation of a 35’ ladder. Our old ladder has been out of service for two years due to safety concerns.
The renewal of our operating levy will be on the November ballot. We would appreciate your support.
