To the Editors:

As I do not normally attend the Township Trustee meetings, I do enjoy receiving the Your Community News to get up-to-date information. I also frequently visit the Boston Township website. I would like to add that the website does not necessarily reflect “up-to-date” information when it comes to the Minutes of Trustee meetings. The last posting for viewing Meeting Minutes is from September. My question is why the Trustees choose to use a Cuyahoga County newspaper (Plain Dealer) for your required legal postings to the community. Since you are only required to list in one newspaper, I would think that there are many residents in the community that would miss potentially important information. Wouldn’t our residents be equally informed if Your Community News also printed such pertinent information? What would be the harm?
