A grand reunion is being planned on August 16 and 17 this year for anyone who attended Boston School in Peninsula, this would include years 1931 to 1961. A reception with hors d’oeuvres and desserts will be at the Peninsula Library on Friday evening, August 16 and on Saturday, August 17 there will be a dinner, music, and cash bar at the Boston Township Hall. There will be lots of pictures, conversation, and reminiscing on both nights.

Letters have gone out to some classes, but we know how well word of mouth works in Peninsula. We are trying to reach as many as possible and invite one and all who ever attended Boston School. If you know any out of town people and can reach them that would be great. Help us get the word out. Everyone who ever attended Boston is welcome to come.

For information please contact Jane Hartshorn Lemmo at 330-657-2007, Mike Hill at 330-928-8280, Joe James at 330-923-7071, Betty Parker at 330-666-1763, Judy Bullis Kramer at 330-929-6423, or Janet Watson Augustus at 330-283-2908.

The cost is $65 per person for both nights. Make checks payable to Jane Lemmo, treasurer and mail them to Jane at 1456 Morris Dr, Peninsula, OH 44264. Include your name, phone number, number attending, which nights you will be coming, and years you attended Boston School. Please send reservations by June 1 if possible. We also have a patron list if anyone cares to donate a small amount to help with the costs. They will be listed in the program.

Let’s fill the village with Boston people and remind Woodridge where their roots started!
