COVID Update: At the Zoom meeting held on June 15, the Library Board voted to move to the next phase in the library`s multi-phased reopening plan. Gradually through the month of July, we will be returning most things back to pre-Covid status. During this time, furniture will be moved back to its proper place, in-person programs will be phased in, and most things should return to "normal." Some Covid-related things may stay in place for now, such as the Plexiglas that was installed on the Circulation Desk. Of course, we will continue to encourage hand sanitizing and other common-sense things learned during Covid to keep us all free of many types of germs. The date chosen for a goal for this phase will be August 2, 2021. Our museum will return to normal "non-appointment" operation as of August 5. During this time, we want all patrons to feel comfortable in the library. If you are unvaccinated or should you still desire to wear a mask, please feel free to do so. Also, if you would like us to bring library materials to you curbside, please let us know.
The Peninsula Library is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00AM to 8:00PM and on Fridays and Saturdays from 9:00AM to 5:00PM.
